We’re looking forward to a weekend of activities in September (19th -20th) just before our building work gets underway.
On Saturday, there’s an invitation to be creative, with short concerts, bell-ringing opportunities and information about a special churchyard project suitable for all ages. The day will close with a BBQ and live music from local bands, including the Vicar & Friends.
On Sunday, we will celebrate the Harvest with the congregations from Hunsdon and Wareside and then dig into some of the church building’s history, particularly the story of the beautifully painted chancel ceiling and its painter (with a member of the painter’s family).
